Present Spawning System

Description
This addon implements a system where presents with 4 different rarities spawn at specific positions.

Common: 40% chance to spawn
Uncommon 28 chance to spawn
Rare 14% chance to spawn
Legendary 4% chance to spawn

-This addon needs to be only implemented server side and does not need users to install except the present models.
-Addons needs to be config-ed within lua/config.lua.
