Job - Mascot

Description
Adds the Mascot class to the game.
The mascot is a support class with luck scalings. They are focused around empowering their teammates by spreading joy.

They also have *some* damaging abilities which can apply some nasty debuffs.

For the crystal, check around a certain courtyard...
