[SDX] Lightfoot Freighter MKII

Description
Small cheap freighter designed for use on the Draconis Expanse server. Remake of my first ever ship on the server, now less ugly and more useful.

Stats:
- 74MN max thrust
- 4.6ML of main cargo space
- 392 tons unloaded (410 with torpedo launcher)
- 18G acceleration unloaded
- 6.5G acceleration with 728 tons of cargo
