Kad's trait points and slots

Description
Assigns all species 16 trait points and 8 trait slots.

This will affect all players including the AI.

I recommend using this alongside a mod which adds more traits for you to select from.

I will update after every patch, but the mod should still work even if it is out of date.

Load order: after any mod which affects traits or species creation in any way.

I always thought they gave you nothing to play with trait point wise, thanks for this. The game should be about roleplay first.

I have updated the mod for the latest release version of the game. The only reason it shouldn't work is if you have another mod which writes to the common\species_archetypes folder.
