Herdstone Income

Description
Gives Herdstones 200 gold income per level of the herdstone. (1k per herdstone at tier 5)

Herdstones are supposed to be where Beastmen gather the goods taken from man into massive piles, I think they should have a bit of income tied to them. Helps a pretty money starved faction scale throughout the game.
