I'm quite late with this because I was away celebrating Thanksgiving in person.
It's still November though, so I'm uploading it anyway. Hmph.

Tonight, I learned I was wrong about turkey. It's dry, but I ended up liking the flavor as much as ham. I agree it's dry and it needs more moisture.
