Textures are a bit different than to turn on slat cage / camo nets, and repair/refuel/rearm as such. This is more meant to be a more "immersive" way for even vanilla games (and even many modded games, even with ACE) - to do some mission preps on their vehicles before mission, or during mission - in the sense of adding camo nets, slat cage, or to do refuel/rearm/repairs.
Doing full vehicle repaints is bit out of its scope - but probably not impossible. Albeit, not something i've planned on doing as such.
