The regency is far too easy to deal with. The modifiers should be made harder and especially the disadvantage from being a child.

Also, can you make it so that a player has to purposely make the choice to dismiss the vizier/regent, rather than simply having it done either randomly, or if I leave the kingdom and return? I also see where a high-level regent gets replaced and there is no legacy build up for the next regent. They often start back at zero. Or an entrenched regent gets overthrown and it drops to a regular regency.
I have rarely had to make moves to fight off a regent who is gaining power. They either run out of resources on their own, get stressed out and die early, or get replaced by someone with no skills, or resources, or are less self-interested.
