Missing Lores of Magic for the Wood Elves

Description
Adds the missing lores of magic to the wood elves, Spellweavers gain the lores of Fire, Metal, Death, Light, and Heavens. Spellsingers gain the lores of FIre, Metal, Death, Light, and Heavens.

Everything is balanced around vanilla

There is a bug where the spellsinger (hero) has a goblin unit card, that only applies on the campaign map when they are by them self. In battle and in the army on the campaign map they will have their normal unit card.

@GoatScream They did have access to these roles, but the Spellsingers didn't have access to Dark and High.

The tech trees can have the same nodes and everything (minus the whole lore specific spells) as they don't need too much reworking for heroes, neither for lords

The issue is CA most likely wouldn't do all that, currently there's 2 spellsinger models and the only faction that got unique looks for each mage was the Empire

@Echo, The Vampire It takes a decent bit of time, and CA would also add new details and spice them up more. I don't remember how long it took since this was a while ago but it was probably 6-15 hour range.

it works perfectly for me, I'm only asking to understand that CA doesn't do it not because it's something that would take too long to add, rather that they just don't want to
