Replace Stuff: Cooler And Vent Placement Fix

Description
As much as I love how useful Replace Stuff is, my OCD would not get over the fact that it allowed for improper placement of the vanilla cooler and vent by default with no way of turning this behaviour off, such as intakes/exhausts being blocked, or allowing for blueprints of the coolers/vents to stack atop one another.

I initially asked the author if they'd be willing to make these changes, but they didn't see the need since no one had requested such a change in 5 years. So rather than bother them further, considering how much they've already put into their mod (and many others) I thought I'd have a simple patch made that I could use, and perhaps those who find it useful can as well!

This simple mod patches Replace Stuff's changes and reverts the behaviour to the vanilla cooler and vent allowing for proper placement checks. It also applies these changes to Replace Stuff's over-wall variants and requires them to actually be placed on a wall.

The above are configurable in the mod options.

Thanks for the update! I actually noticed a visual bug with it back in 1.4 and it still exists in the current version: if you build floors under the over wall cooler's and vent's "exchange cells" when this mod is active, the floors then don't connect to the walls they are on. Removing this mod fixes the visual bug. It's a strange one but I suppose it's tied to how the part is treated and might not be fixable

I appreciate that others see things differently, but yes, this was definitely one of those things where it seems might bother a few of us with OCD or vanilla seekers! :rshout: I'm just glad it can also help out others and adds to the already wonderful mod we've been given.

Considering you have hundreds of subs to this mod already it seems like this is indeed a sought after change. Thanks for fixing it.
