The speedster tomboy enters the fight: Grace Summers! Character created by me, Dimpsuu, featuring a quick movin'-combo heavy moveset with this fun gal.

Moveset inspired by Akatsuki (Akatsuki Blitzkampf), Miyako (Melty Blood), Chie Satonaka (Persona 4 Arena), Sonic (Sonic Battle), Captain Falcon (Super Smash Bros.), Ryu/Chun-Li/Sakura Kasugano (Street Fighter), X (Mega Man X), and the Kamen Rider series.

Extra credits goes out to Zerks who helped create a few color alts that I thought would add some variety.

================Moveset================
=Special Moves=
Neutral Special: Tornado Kick
A combo move intended to simply rack up a bit of damage, it is not a kill move because of this but you can immediately follow up with another move after the tornado is completed. On the ground she will also boost diagonally upwards a bit.

Forward Special (Full Meter): Dash
A horizontal boost that can be canceled into any normal, jumped out of, or air dodged out. However if you press the special button, you'll cancel into a no-meter dash.

Forward Special (Not-Full Meter): Short Hop
A short-hop dash that can be canceled into any normal, jumped out of, or air dodged out. If you press the special you will then cancel into aerial down special, but if you hold up while doing it you will perform the up special move instead.

Down Special (Ground): Shining Dash Kick
A dash kick that upon impact will cause you to bounce backward and immediately be able to perform another move other than down special right away.

Down Special (Air): Shining Biker Kick
A downward kick that works similarly to the grounded version but with larger startup and upon impact leaves a little more opportunity for certain moves to land.

Up Special: Rising Blade
A multi-hit recovery move in the form of a rising punch that lacks in versatility in favor of being a kill potential move.

=Normals and Tilt Moves=
Jab: Punch-Punch-Rapid Kicks
Two punches followed by a third move where if you hold down the attack button can keep throwing out kicks, if you let go of the attack button on the 3rd jab you will finish off with one final attack.

Forward Tilt: Forward Kick

Up Tilt: Upward Punch

Down Tilt: Sweep Kick

Dash Attack: Flying Kicks
Hops into the air and kicks consecutively for a few seconds or if you land early.

=Strong Attacks=
Forward Strong: Strike Thrust
Thrusts forward with a elbow attack that has a sweetspot and sourspot hitbox.

Down Strong: Dust Strike
Dust appears on both sides that is a good ranged attack.

Up Strong: Double Punch Launcher
A seemingly simple attack that upon landing can allow you to jump out of and follow up with another move.

=Aerials=
Neutral Air: Close-up Punch
A stubby punch that is attack land cancelable.

Forward Air: Breezy Knee
A knee that has a powerful sweetspot and weak sourspot, good for early kills.

Back Air: Reverse Rapid Kicks
Kicks a few times behind her, can lock into place for the following kicks if any of them land.

Down Air: Landing Stomp
Thrusts downwards with a stomp move that has an early sweetspot, a constant hitbox in the air, and a small dust wave upon landing.

Up Air: Backflip Kick
