-Rant part of the post:
Boy what happened to the AI? the good AI devs left with Codemasters seems like because I know how good the AI is in OFP CWC, teammates spot good and follow you everywhere no matter the terrain and stay in formation, in A3 they cant even go around a house without crashing, its just sad.
Worst part? they keep releasing priced dlcs and not even trying to improve their ahh AI. BIS sure letting their ppl down.
I tried really hard to make the AI work but they dumb as hell, I deleted a bunch of terrain objects and modified waypoints as much as I could.

Based on the OFP CWC missions "tank rally" and "spearhead".
Those were the days.

"not even trying to improve their ahh AI" how can they improve something that is engine-hardcoded to the point that messing with it would break every other mission and campaign out there? Where have you been for the past 10 years? If C*demasters devs were so good then where they are now, where are their military sandbox titles? What I remember from that game is AI being so dumb that the maximum engagmenet distance was about 100 meters, and that "performance" costed the number of troops you could place, not to mention the graphic fidelity and other features.

So yeah you're wrong, AI is being improved since forever but with Reforger and Arma 4. The only thing worse than BI devs trying to bite off more than they can chew are other people bashing them with false claims.

Dunno about the scenario, will play it later.
