Small Pinch of Snow: A Seasoned Norscan Campaign

This is a minor mod to make Norsca more enjoyable, I think it achieves that by reducing the rate of fatigue you get by playing them. Ideally they'd have an overhaul, but the minor changes I have made to base game are below:

Added increase to recruit rank for shamans for worship building in line with other races and their setup
Increased income gained from raiding for each Tier 2 (+5%) or 3 port (+10%) since you’re sending your plunder back via sea
Increased technology research rate for worship buildings as the gods are giving back knowledge
When confederating a Norscan tribe, you gain their knowledge so gain a temporary increase to research rate increase (More if you kill them off as you search harder for answers)
Improved Despoilers skill to keep in line with Chaos Dwarfs
Changed requirements for first group of technologies to be more user intuitive
Decreased a bunch of technology research times to keep them more in line with other races receiving similar benefits
Made the technology “War Tools” increase marauder infantry recruit rank as “Monster Hunter” does the same for wolves & warhounds
Decreased the movement penalty for going into a Raiding Camp to 20%
Moves the Frost-Wyrm building down to Tier 4, moves manticore over to mammoth building chain
Swapped the Feral Mammoth in Wulfrik's starting army with a War Mammoth as I believe this is fair given his buffs
Wulfrik has a -1 turn to Global recruitment as an effect
