----------------------------------------------------------------

This mod does four things:

1) "Violate Sovereignty" (VS) can be used on decentralized as well as amicable/friendly nations.
2) loyal subjects are more likely to accept a VS. (+50 reasons, up from +25)
3) VS now uses a much more lenient adjacency criterion. If the target nation has strategic land adjacency to anyone on both sides of a war each, they are a now valid target.
4) If accepted, the diplomatic incident generated from VS is lesser in impact (5, down from 15).

All told, this should allow VS to be noticeably more usable and viable.

A must have mod for Prussia playthroughs!!!

Additional Details:

Violate Sovereignty was implemented in the game to simulate cases like Germany dragging Belgium into WWI. In game, this diplomatic action presents your target with an ultimatum: "Either join our side, or we will declare war on you."
This demand therefore provides another/a-longer front against someone else if the VS target is caught in the middle of two warring nations, regardless of if they accept or reject the ultimatum. In the process, a diplomatic incident is generated at the location of the VS, making everyone dislike the violator more, while giving the violator some infamy.

Now, you might be thinking to yourself "wow, that's really cool, how did you even mod that in", the answer is I didn't. This is a vanilla feature, but the restriction for it is so severe that most players and AI will never have the chance to use it. This mod merely makes it so the feature can reliably be used (among other things).

Note: 1.7 added the "Enforce Military Access" interaction for overlords to use against their own subject (in exchange for liberty desire), so for that use case I would suggest using that instead of violate sovereignty. Ill keep the functionality of violating your own subjects in for now.

Also note that this mod is still needed for when you want to get through non subject nations, which is fairly common during the great game and in a Prussian playthrough.
