ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Adds the diplomacy feature from civ 3 which was a thing I remember from childhood and was always vaguely frustrated was never in civ 4 or 5. AI values it at ~4gpt.

DLL mod, so incompatible with other DLL mods. (Such as most big mods or some of my other Additional Diplomacy mods.) Will be included in next update of Il Principe, but probably won't bother to include in the all-in-ones because I'm lazy. Who really plays those anyway, altho I guess I'll bother if anyone takes the time to ask.

I personally play the Diplomacy all-in-one but that's purely because I have bad chemistry with the Civ VI loyalty mechanic in Il Principe, and I still want everything else in Il Principe.

I mistyped. It should have been Civ III, so I'm "only" 72. But at 77 or 72, "Just one more turn" has now acquired an entirely new meaning.

Thanks for characterizing Civ II as a childhood memory. I was over 50 when it came out.
