Collection of skins and mods to enhance Insurgency
**These work for CO-OP and PVP, as long as the server is running sv_pure 0-1

- Weapons have been given unique looks.
- Optical attachments have all recieved unique reticles.
- Security Forces have been modified with USMC uniforms.
- Insurgents have been given a unique "mid-east" look.

- Weapons now sound very intimidating and powerful.
- Insurgent forces now yell various arabic statements while reloading or throwing explosives. "Allahu Akbar!"

- Lighting effects. Light sources seem more realistic. Bright lights give off a slight "starburst" effect, moderate light sources provide a slight "glow" effect surrounding the source, and fire maintains darker, "warmer" lighting.
- Blood now holds a brighter, richer color, and is much more prevelant. "Splatter" effects are enhanced but not overdone.
