[TTT Version] echoes + accumulation motion blur on death

Description
this addon adds echoes and accumulation motion blur when you die

the fix is that in ttt spectator mode it would still continue even when spectating so now 5 seconds after dying it disables the effect, this also works for like any other gamemode with a spectator mode

basically the "echoes" mean that when you die everything around you sounds echoed. watch the video for a demonstration about what i'm talking about

recommended to use with:
 First Person Death Mod
Ragdoll Blood Tweaked or Ragdoll Blood
(both are equally good but i prefer the tweaked one ;) )

sorry if code is messy or anything, this is my well second time "coding"? but it's not really coding ig because i used gmod blueprints for this addon
