One example of that is counteracting "fear of blood" with smoker, you're easily getting +9 points out of just having to smoke more often while completely denying the entire downside of FoB.
Again, that is only counting vanilla traits, if you factor in modded traits that add stress under "X" scenario, smoker is even more of a positive trait than before.
And challenge? You mean walking out of your first gas station with 220 cigarettes? Carrying lighters all the time? That can be used to throw molotovs and light any campfire?
Dont fool yourself, if you want "challenge" from smoker so it can be a real negative trait, download one of the mods that nerf it to the ground.
