No Smoker - trait

Description
It is a +4 point trait that is mutual exclusive with Smoker, meaning you cant be a smoker with this trait.

This is mainly for people that are tired of running smoker and dont want to give up on the free points

There are quite a few mods that nerf the smoker trait in that direction, but not standalone versions from what i can recall

I've never understood why the smoker trait is so much of a freebie. In reality the smoker trait should give nearly the same (or maybe the same) effects as asthmatic and having a hold (lower endurance and a cough, at the very least). This would be a nice counterpart to it if the devs redid it.

Very pog trait and not too OP, im always wonder why there is no counter part of smoker trait, now we have one, love it
