EFT M4A1S Red Dot

Replaces M16A4 Carryhandle with EFT M4A1.
Has suppressor and reflex sight (reddot). Uses default animations.
Has custom firing and reload sounds, HUD icon.
Supports all survivors hands.

Note: Unfortunately m16a4scoped and m16a4carryhandle use same sounds, so your scoped m16a4 will have suppressed firing sound too. Nothing I can do.
