Horde + Tank on Dead Air plane crash

Description
This addon spawns a horde with a tank during the airplane crash that happens in Dead Air final chapter.

That actually WAS originally going to be what triggered the horde during an earlier build of L4D1, I think the campaign "No Mercy Redux" reintroduces that mechanic into the map where the gas station explodes after you exit the window to access the rooftop you would with the lift.

True. Like, we all know loud noises attract zombies so it was weird when that plane crash didn't summon a horde.

Finally. Now the finale is more realistic. That big of a crash should've immediately summoned a horde. Same goes with the gas pump explosion in the 3rd chapter of No Mercy
