Indeed @Trindalas, I got/chose the same ending as you. The third ending is only possible if you make different choices during the game.

my ending was significantly better than either of yours. I apparently made better dialogue choices. I chose to save the Old Man (he pushes me out of the way of the falling rubble and still dies, so not much different, but shows a bit of a change of heart at the end, because i was nice to him in previous interactions) Pickles gets a job at a movie theater after getting off nuke and stops a hostage situation there, the Doc stops the Ed 209 from killing the actress because she got over her fear of bots because of Murphy, and Kuzak intends to sue OCP for the damages to the city. The public was COMPLETELY on my side, with signs advocating for human rights for Murphy. the rest was the same, not sure if there's a different end for the other 2, but i got an overall much happier ending. I hope they make a sequel.

There's a third ending, not sure why you don't have it.

Save the Old Man.

Robo will lift the bridge debris, allowing the Old Man to crawl out and stand up. Then he looks up and sees a large piece of debris falling towards Robocop. The Old Man shoves him away, and the debris falls on him instead. Robocop says "Thank you."
