Elpis Class Heavy Cruiser

Based on a British/Greek navy proposal for a Greek 18 thousand ton heavy cruiser that would stand against the italian cruisers of the time (1939) , it was dubbed by the Hellenic Navy the "Cruiser Killer" and for good reason as it was equipped with high caliber guns even for a heavy cruiser and was well equipped without actually being a battlecruiser or battleship. it was never delivered in reality as the Greco-Italian war started and the greek war effort shifted to ground forces.

propulsion: RTG electric (with auxilliaries)

misc: equipped with runway for a swordfish sized floatplane i plan to learn how to make, i hope i can upload better thumbnails for all my ships in that time and maybe that float plane separately!
