Starting SHIV for Alpha's EU SHIVS

Descripción
This is a simple mod that adds a Scout SHIV from Alpha's EU SHIV mod as an additional unit to Operation Gatecrasher.

Update: Character Template and Class is now exposed to config, with defaults to Alpha's EU Scout Shiv. I have included commented out configs for the [WOTC]Shiv Mod's Scout shiv. Thanks to Tedster for helping with this. This change should also make this compatible with LWOTC if you use a compatible Shiv mod.

Just tested it works with Jane Kelly, however it seems doesn't matter the config number it just regardlessly adds +1 shiv .

it works with Proxians which add to Gatecrasher, haven't tested it with others

@MrCloista - I would be very grateful to have the ability to use either SHIV package, as my pack doesn't use Alpha's version due to incompatibilities in a fiver-tier weapon environment, wether LWOTC or WOTC.

Regardless, thank you for your continued contributions to the game =)
