Motor Launch Type 013 "Domaso"

A modified version of my Type 009, 010, and 011, which I could not properly restore since the gas update and consequent hotfixes. Challenge deadline is tomorrow early in the morning.

Developed for 454ss Boat Gloat Challenge, it is a Turboshaft powered twin Propeller semi-foiling SAR boat.

Domaso was developed alongisde her half-sisters Maggianico, Argegno and Menaggio following a tender put forward as celebration for 2019 130th anniversary of Lecco Fire Department.
The design quickly degenerated from a tame lake-going fiberglass outboard to a choice of 4 high power all-metal boats.
Domaso was developed from Menaggio, which was snobbed for being loud and expensive to ru; however, she gained the spotlight when dire, still unsolved engine overheating problems plagued Maggianico and Argegno and internal cavitation issued plagued Menaggio.

It features:

- 4300 L fuel tank --> 70 km range (when foiling @60% throttle)
- 100+ kts max design speed
- Dual turboshaft engines
- Single key turn ingition and starter
- Keyboard controlled differential throttle (combined with clutch and reverse)
- Acceptable handling in bad weather (seto foils to -1)
- 8 x stabilisation foils with manual depth control (set 0 only in calm seas for better economy)
- 12 padded seats
- Waterproof ventilation of bridge (smoke issues)
- Waterprooof Turbine intake
- Diving, Firefighting, Arctic, Hazmat equipment
- Dual Water cannon for firefighting astern
- Single waypoint autopilot
- Distance and time-to-target displays
- Transponder and Transponder Locator with buzzer
- Shore Power electric inlet
- 4 heaters and thermostat
- 1 bed medical bay
- Assisted (formerly Advanced) Docking System ADS (lateral deployable magnet to assist docking in port or to another ship/boat)
- Blinking lights, active when engine is on, but navigational lights are off
- Accomodation for 2 crew

In my mind, this boat will address all the shortcomings of my early Type 006 Motor Launch, namely instability when towing larger ships on autopilot. It also take overheating out of the equation, thanks to the way turbines work in Stormworks.
Fuel consumption and fuel coest however, make it unsuitable for eraly career (1 full tank costs 17.200$ = a starter boat!)

All microcontrollers are either made by me, or Stormworks default logic.
