I start this episode in a new scenario to demonstrate how dragoons are brought into play. They are very rare and there are a few ways they can be brought into play which I explain or show. I form an army to attack a clan on turn 1 to quickly get into the specifics of how dragoon units are formed and the new UI change necessary for dragoons to receive both horses and muskets.

I get to the battle quickly and demonstrate what capabilities dragoons have as well as a special new command they can be given during each planning phase of the turn. Another fun battle with the new twist of dragoons provides a little variety as well as showing a new feature and how it works.

Then it's back at the ranch as I show what I do against the Amago as well as setting up my new campaign against the Miyoshi. I show how the Miyoshi AI is programmed to respond in a certain way when attacked from the west and actually ignores my bait army that drew the response formation of the Miyoshi army to oppose me. I show how I set the destination for my second army against the Miyoshi to disguise my intentions. Next episode I'll go Sun Tzu as I plan out the next destination of my army to get battle where I want.
