@Darknote If it requires a settlement then that's understandable, I suppose. From what I understand the game doesn't consider the camps as "home_tile" so certain things that are normally available for a proper settlement is not possible in a camp. Otherwise, these dungeons are popping up without having to talk to any pawns. I'm getting the quest pop ups for free, it seems. Is getting them for free normal?
On a side note, there are actually two different mods I use that add camps, but one does not allow regular settlement events to trigger while the other does. I'll speak with the two mod devs and see if either of them can find some kind of fix or if I'm just out of luck.
