Description

This mod allows you to lower the consumer goods below 10%.

But notice that this does not change any game content, it only deletes the restriction, which doesn't exist in older version of the game.

Why, Paradox??? Why???

Thanks for this. The arbitrary cap of 10% is entirely nonsensical and should be removed. It's not even possible to reach 0% anymore anyways, only approach it

@Mailman You need to change
"MINIMUM_NUMBER_OF_FACTORIES_TAKEN_BY_CONSUMER_GOODS_VALUE" in defines that regulates the min value of civ factory in consumer goods
and change
"MINIMUM_NUMBER_OF_FACTORIES_TAKEN_BY_CONSUMER_GOODS_PERCENT"
so the percentage could drop lower than 10%
