[SDX] Jackdaw-Class Blockade Runner

Description
Designed for use on the Draconis Expanse server.

High speed freighter for getting past those pesky blockades. Includes PDC network with 8 rear-facing flak cannons, an emergency burn function (press ctrl+4 then 4 to activate), and a semi-automatic fuel loader (press 3 on hotbar 1, make sure sorter on hotbar 1 is set to drain all).
