アニメーションタイプの結月ゆかりの国家指導者ポートレートを追加します。
MtU氏の立ち絵を改造しております。

ポートレートを「結月ゆかり」にしている場合、ゲーム開始時の国家指導者の外見設定で指定できます。
また、国家の種族が「ボイスロイド」「ボイスロイド（機械）」「ボイスロイド（岩石）」のいずれかである場合も、
布告から任意のタイミングで国家指導者のポートレートを設定することが出来ます。

※アニメーション中のまばたきはモデルの構造上、拡大縮小によって行っているのでやや違和感があります。
※不具合により、他国との交信画面ではアニメーションが機能しません。ご了承ください。
