Long overdue!

The old version of decoy was funny, but the quality was a bit worse than I thought.

Changes made that are different from the original:
-Areaportals have been added (Actual optimisation, woo!)
-A Skybox
-lighting and proper func_nav_prefer changes to match the layout.
