if you have a 300hz 1080p , when you capture the video where you mention other specs of the pc like GPU , the video is capped to 60 meaning that even if you use a 30hz monitor you capture the same 60fps video !!! when you capture smth it captures it in 60 (for the viewer it's the same, that's why no one mentions monitor in performance videos, find me one and then you're right) the game can run at 200FPS even when the monitor is at 60hz meaning that the performance is shown on both no matter the monitor (for the player it matters, but the video, nope , the same video , capped to 60fps)

bruh I didn't say it's bad XD I said the video you captured , the monitor used in it doesn't matter , it won't change the video quality (it's capped to 60fps) ,but yes , to play as a player it definitely matters, pro players mostly go with more than 100Hz and 1ms delay for sure,but when they are showing the performance of the game in the video they don't mention monitor specs, they mention GPU , CPU and RAM, because these matter on the video itself

@Ali.Chitax, thanks mate, appreciated. the thing is that an high x value Hz monitor is faster than an casual x Hz monitor. the biggest benefit of a high refresh rate screen is more responsive and precise gameplay, with less input lag. here i play with an 144 hz monitor, the feeling of speed is not same between 60 hz 144 hz and higher x value Hz monitors. it affect your gameplay in my opinion. if you are fast, you play better in call of duty games. i can confirme it by experience.
