Made according to S2R Godhand GT3 challenge regulations
(workshop version doesnt strictly follow the regulations)

the car's development has been put on hold due to the event/series being abandoned

sure but the tcs might not work well with other car though since i just kind of hacked it together trying to make custom PID using function blocks.
