Healing Staff (Medieval Healing Gun Fork)

Description
Medieval fantasy themed fork of the healing gun mod.
Credits to erdelf for the original mod, and to Mlie for updating it to 1.5. All I did was give it a new texture, sound, and changed the recipe/requirements to fit a medieval setting.
Costs 100 woody and 100 jade to make at the smithy.
Requires "Healing Staff" research, which has no requirements.

I originally made it for myself for a medieval fantasy run, but thought maybe others would like it as well. This is my first mod so there may be some issues, and if I broke some crediting/naming etiquette please let me know!

Simply copy the file to /1.4/Assemblies/ in the mod folder, and replace when prompted.

The nerf is FOR 1.4 ONLY! Unfortunately I don't know enough to edit the assembly so that the 1.5 version only heals a few wounds instead of all of them. I'll update the description if someone wants to make a similar tweak to the .dll

Original description follows:

This mod introduces a new Healing Gun to the Game.

This weapon is complicated and requires a lot of work and materials.. but it provides instant healing during fights.
The plans of the weapons have to be researched in order to use it.

The healing is locked at six injuries per shot and two injuries per bodyparts. Scars and old wounds won't be healed by this gun.
This gun also can't regrow parts of the body or help with diseases. It is purely made to tend to injuries during battle.

Nah it's cool, but to apply the patch you need to move the mod folder from the workshop folder to the local mods folder, otherwise it may be overwritten

No, I mean I already fixed the code up. All you need to do to apply the fix is replace the DLL file in the Assemblies folder with the fixed DLL

Instead of healing 2 injures in 6 different bodyparts completely, I made it so that it heals 4 injuries in 2 bodyparts with 12 severity (which is enough to completely heal minor wounds, and is usually ~half the severity of a bigger wound.

I've tested it and it works great

All I changed was just a couple of values

@Jabba Thanks for the offer, but as far as I can tell, it's not as simple as editing the XML in notepad++, and is instead probably something to do with the HealingGun.dll in the Assemblies. I currently don't have the time and tools to learn how to mess with Assembly, but if you want to upload your edited files on drop box or something for people to use, feel free to do so!

@Jabba I honestly don't know, I only copied the files from the healing gun mod and gave it a new texture ^^;; It's my first time modding RimWorld and I barely understand the code as is. If you figure it out please let me know, I'd love to know too!

Is it possible to make it heal a little less?
Mods amazing, especially with how the pawns target friendlies automatically
it's just a tad bit very overpowered xD
