Add a new character, Rodion. With her 75 cards and 10 relics.

This mod uses art resources from Limbus Company and Library of Ruina, but has different content, please notice it.

This is probably my favourite character on the workshop. Rodion is the only modded character I have taken all the way to ascension 20. This character feels very strong when she gets cooking, but you still need to actually play smart with her. Some of the most crackheaded decks I've ever played was with Rodion and a bunch of relic mods clearly not designed with the others in mind.
