Description
Transcendent Vortigaunt
A vortigaunt on steriods. Its range attack deals massive damage, and also serves as a teleport ability. It can also make other allies transcendent, including other voritgaunts.

Commands:
"make_transcendent" - Make the NPC you are looking at transcendent
