If your game won't startup, you can downgrade your AMD drivers to an older version or use new driver if you are not up to date.

You need to update your drivers from GeForce Experience and use new drivers. in some cases you may downgrade your NVIDIA drivers but it is not necessary at all.

You need upate your drivers from Intel Driver & Support Assistant. Your processor need to be up to date. it is very rare to downgrade an Intel driver.

The High Resolution Assets DLC contains more image data than a standard resolution texture pack, which means that it can provide more detail and sharper textures.
