[Signalis] Isa Itou Playermodel and Ragdoll

Let me present to you: Isolde "Isa" Itou! This playermodel, based on the same character from the videogame Signalis, is the next in my series of character model ports from the game. Isa is the only Gestalt character model I have ported yet. I know I've taken my time on this port, I'm sorry I haven't uploaded anything in a while. My real life got in the way, kind of. For my next port, I'm probably going to port the model of Alina Seo, and after that I'm gonna work on some of the infected Replikas. Somewhen in the future I'm also planning on creating the guns as SWEPS, and I really wanna learn Hammer to port Sierpinski and the Penrose, and maybe Rotfront too... But that's all really distant future stuff so uhh can't make any promises---- (promise! haha get it? thats a signalis reference----)
