Hazard Marker Skins

Description
A skin for left side hazards and a skin for a center hazard.
Red/white and black/white versions of same.

Added those colours. Almost went about it the lazy way, but decided against it and made them from scratch haha.

For buildings, the main object and the skins have to be in separate assets.

Would it be much work to add a couple of other colours? Such as red/white and black/white markers?
