Hazard Marker

Description
Just a simple hazard marker to warn drivers of obstructions like bridge pillars.
My highways felt wrong without it, and I couldn't quickly find one on the WS, so I just made one.
Free to construct, no count limit.
That's literally it. Just a sign.

The bridge is from Fiend's viaducts, which are some of my favourite mods on here.
