If you could update the mod for the purpose of including the "Scavenging" skill. I'd say that you should replace foraging on most. Except for the Scav and BEAR. It's actually very true to how many Russians are trained in their military to be able to forage but many regular "rural" Russians also know quite a bit of foraging.
I also feel like the scavs can be allowed to have "Vagabond" trait, which I can't remember which mod added it, but it allows you to find more food in trash cans and dumpsters. At the same time Scavs definitely fit to have any trait that makes them dull, slow, incompetent but generally really lucky. So stuff like "vagabond" and "grave robber" alongisde higher levels of scavenging and foraging fits their narrative.
