Description
THIS MOD REQUIRES COMBAT EXTENDED TO WORK!

An addon for Combat Extended, that ads 6 uniqe weapons in your game, chambered in powerfull 12.7x55 mm caliber. All guns can be crafted or be found on enemies,who can use them too!


RSh-12 - powerfull revolver with 5 rounds. Despite the lack of range and low accuracy, it can be used alongside with shields! Dress up in heavy armor, pick your ballistic shield and assault those raiders kitchen to destroy their tables!

RSh-12 Hunter - slightly 'repurposed' version of RSh-12. It has a grip, foldable stock, supressor and big long-range sniper optics! Normal sniper rifles are still outranging this improvised carbine, but you can access it right after Gunsmithing research complete.

ASh-12 - assault automatic rifle with 20-rnd magazine and modified internals to have better fire rate. Coming without even a muzzle brake, this gun has low accuracy and range, but high fire rate for obliterating people in CQB fights. Who need accuracy, when you can lay a bullet hell on your enemies. oh, and there's CompM4 on top of it, in case you will, you know, aim.

ASh-12 Echo - elite stormtroopers weapon, a dream for a raider, this ASh-12 variant was developed for all-weather urban operations and come with Echo3 thermal reflex sight, tactical supresor and a 3-round revolver grenade launcher, capable of firing all grenades at ones.

VSK Vykhlop - rare bolt-action sniper rifle. It's lighter than other AMRs, not so powerfull as your favorite M82, but it equipped with good thermal optics, so you can take out targets even at darkest nights, and also have a silencer.

MTs-558 - civilian version of Vykhlop, it's much more common around the Rim. Despite being a bolt-action rifle, pirates and outlanders mostly using them as battle rifles for taking out most dangerous enemies during gunfight. 558 is lighter tan Vykhlop and much more ergonomic, so you can aim it faster, but shoot not so accurate, as military version. And also you can acces this veapon as fast as the RSh-12!


FAQ

Q: Why no non-CE version?
A: Because i don't play without CE and i have zero information about how vanilla combat system works. And also, vanilla combat sucks.

Q: Will you make non-CE version at any point?
A: No, but if you want to make vanilla compability patch, you're free to go, just remember to inform me, so i can add a link to your patch.

Q: Why %weaponname% is balanced this way?
A: Because i made it this way. If you think that balance should be changed, yo can report in the comments what should i change and most important why(real arguments please. not 'because i want')

Q: Can i suggest a weapon to be added in this pack/for new packs?
A: Yeas, but don't expect i will do it. But you still can suggest something that you want, and maybe i will add it in the future updates/mods.

Q: Can i add this to existing save?
A: Yes!

Q: Can i remove this from existing save?
A: Yes( But make sure that there's no mod items on the map/pawns inventories, or you can encounter issues.

You are free to make patches and translations for this mod as long as you don't reupload code or artwork.

@vicandrei16 the mod is perfectly working on 1.5. I don't have much time to update the mod right now since i want to add another variant of ASh-12 and to rewrite the XML file so it would be more organized. Probably it wou;d be done in a month or two

It works now, thanks for the reply. Perhaps putting it requires an additional mod to work should be posted somewhere more visible to see.

I did not have the Combat Extended mod added, I also didn't check everything listed on this mod when I installed it, usually if a mod requires another mod it's linked to it so when you press sub a popup window happens that tells you, you need the other mod aswell. I will try it with the CE mod installed.

@DarkMagic do you have Combat Extended installed? And does it applying to all weapons, or only Vykhlop?

So I have your mod installed and I just bought the VSK Vykhlop from a combat trader for 2.5k silver and for some reason my character whose holding it doesn't want to use it to shoot and I only have the command to melee attack with it. Or just melee, it's acting like there is no weapon equipped at all. Not using any shields, character has 14.72 shooting skill (If there is some sort of skill required to use it, it's not listed on the info page) As far as I can tell there is no reason this character can't use it to shoot, the game just thinks she doesn't have a weapon.
