Harlech STL

Description
Originally built by the Dyfed Shipyards, the Harlech was a larger than average scout class submarine. Some of them happened to belong to a Separatist crews, and they had found them to be more fitting as an infiltration and ambush vessel. Outfitted with electronic stealth system, reactor controller and visual steering system, the Harlech had become a good tool for covert Separatist operations.

I've tried to follow the original sub's apparent philosophy of allowing the crew to alter some of electronics inside, therefore most new circuits can be altered or removed altogether.

Tier: 2
Type: Scout
Price: 19000mk
Cargo: 8 crates

Notable changes:

1. Reactor control circuit. 5 component reactor control circuit. Located right near the reactor, turned on by a lever below the AUTO text panel.
2. Stealth mode. Since original sub had 3 batteries, a stealth mode has been introduced. By pressing a button in the captain's sonar terminal, reactor will set its fission rate to zero, engine strength will be capped at 10% (can be changed by crew), external lights will be turned off and most systems will be turned off. Note - pumps will still work, but not oxygen generator.
3. Periscope driving system. Captain's periscope can be used to steer the submarine. To use - pull the lever on periscope down, use periscope. Point the direction and press your trigger button (default LMB).
4. Captain's railgun control. Captain's periscope can also override the frontal railgun. To do so, press a button near captain's periscope. Crew in gunnery will be able to see through the periscope but not control. Red/green light will indicate state of railgun control in gunnery.
5. Windows were strengthened. They are now less fragile.
