Moon with Ore and Gravity (Small)

In 1 collection by Emil Muzz
Mitchell Space Systems: Asteroids, Moons and Dwarf Planets
15 items
Description
A featureless spherical moon, with hollow core and spherical gravity.

Based on a previous workshop release, this moon contains a hollow core and spherical gravity generator. The generator is powered by a small reactor loaded with enough fuel to last 365 days in survival mode.

New! Forums, Help and Requests now available on the Mitchel Space Systems group page.

Gravity (.5 G) extends ~57 meters (~23 blocks) from the surface, and the moon has a crust depth of ~97 meters (~39 blocks). For performance savings, the upper mantel can be removed at the cost of 32 meters (grey section in screenshot).

- Characteristics -

Size: 258 m × 258 m × 258 m

Volume: 8,978,170 m³

Gravity Strength: 0.5 G

Gravity Radius: 190m

Power Lifespan: 1 Year

Generated with ore for mining, see "Materials.txt" in save folder for specifics.

To avoid problems when changing position of the moon in the sector, move the four "Asteroids" and the "Gravity Pod" as a group.

@homaja: You will need to modify your character's sector position using SE Toolbox or by manually editing the save game files.

@Tani: From the main menu, select "Workshop". Find the name of the world and select "Copy & Load". After the world is loaded, save and exit to the main menu. You will find the world folder in your save game directory.
