Description

The Lock, In Starfield lore, was a maximum security prison facility operated by the United Colonies. It was remote and largely abandoned. Built on a frozen planet, The Lock lacked funding for adequate supplies to remain operation. The prisoners would riot, and with their new found freedom, become the Crimson Fleet. Led by Jasper Kryx, he would search for a rumored Galbank transport that would turn the fleet into a major power within the Settled Systems.
