Fuso-V Specalized ALTA-use Landtrain & Tender

The Fuso-V was ALTA's commission for 10 medium-sized landtrain locomotives when they didn't want to use one out of the three specialized Fuso-Ko superheavies. So they commissioned Hokkaido Heavy Works to make a cheaper one. Joining several parts in the factory floor and painting it ALTA black, they named it the Fuso-V [For using two V-12's in it]. It runs the same tracks utilized by the M2's, M3's, Ko's, and nearly everything else in the Fuso lineup. The imported V-12's running at 40 RPS is geared down 12:1 by the transmission to front sprockets. It has no issue towing trailers, as long as the brakes are off.

It has a possesses the special V-class cabin with heating and two provided artic coats, to provide operators with a relaxed place to sit in during snowstorms. it has an improved M3 towbar in the rear, the improvement being a fuel line, which can transfer fuel to or from the vehicle. It has a fuel load of 2000 liters and has an additional 13,500 liter in the tender for the long, slow trips between ALTA pipeline stations. But it is a lot faster than the M3 at no load [including tender attached].
