Description
You will be able to build a Fishing Dock from the Ranching menu which is unlocked by a research and needs to be placed by a water pond. Survivors will go there to fish - a new activity with it's own entry in activities management.

There's a new basic food resource: "fish" and a new recipe: "fried fish", otherwise the fish can be used in any recipes that would accept any kind of meat.

Many thanks to injto4ka for helping understanding how things in Stranded link together and his modding tools.

If anyone skilled with 3D modelling in blender may want to contribute with a model for a fishing pole it would be very appreciated. Also nice to have would be new models for fish resource stacks and, why not, a better dock.

Something about this mod is adding instability. When I load both it and Aquatic Lifeforms mod, I'll crash a few in-game hours into a save. But with just this Fishing mod? I immediately crash when I load a save.

Fixed Hope's skill unlocking.
Actually all my mods adding activities (fishing, milking, eggs and irrigation) were bugging this but now should all be fixed.

May I ask how did you make the connection? What exactly pointed you to this mod?...it may help me fix it...

@heliostellar I actually noticed Hope bugged as you say when I played the scenario but never made the connection... mind that the mod is older than the DLC
Still, I think you are right but don't know yet what exactly in the code leads to this. Thanks, I'll look into it.

The Guardians scenario and Hope 9000 is bugged from this mod. Your mod unlocks her Farming ability prematurely and breaks the ability to unlock it fully. That means Hope 9000 will be able to Fish, but never be able to learn Farming. She will not be able to Tame, Plant, etc.

Mod doesn't do anything. Throws up an error every time someone would have caught a fish. Unsubbed, resubbed, said the magic words, didn't even subscribe to it until a few days ago, all it does is throw up errors.
