does this mod affects one handed smgs in brita? it seems to be extremely slow. IDK it was like this before installing this mod, bur it still is slow.

that sounds like one crazy conflict... have you got any other mods that change the files?
brita/ar26 and some others do so, a load order change will fix potentially

Using the G18, MAC-10 and any lever rifle from the B41 VFE breaks them. The rate of fire of the first auto guns drops dramatically. While the level rifle fires the first two shots super fast then the animation bugs and it does not shoot anymore, just show recoil but no actual shot or dmg.

I was using the UZI and Mac-10 from Firearms B41, I've tried editing the stats in the files and the only thing that seems to fix it is making the weapons two-handed, though this breaks the animations in turn.

There is an issue with one-handed weapons that use full-auto.
When the weapon runs out of ammo in it's magazine, it is still able to fire and do damage, it's just that the firing animation does not play.

This same issue is present in a similar mod Real Full Auto
