Rome II - Game Improvements and Balancing

Description
This mod consists of slight improvements and modifications to the base game, which aims to make single-player and multiplayer games more immersive while maintaining the aspects of the base game that everyone(hopefully) enjoys. This mod goes about this by making three main changes: the addition of new units, the balancing of current units and factions, and campaign garrison improvements.

Improving battles and battle experiences is the main priority of this mod.

New units:
All new units are recruitable in their new factions in multiplayer, custom battle, and campaign game conditions.
- Short Swords (Averni, Nervii)
- Mercenary Short swords (Getae)
- Thureos Swords (Athens, Baktria, Egypt, Epirus, Macedon, Pergamon, seleucid, syracuse)
- Scale Thorax Swords(Baktria)
- Celto-Hellenic Infantry (Massalia)
- Steppe Axemen (Cimmeria, Massagatae, Roxolani, Royal Scythia)
- Steppe Armoured Spearmen (Massagatae, Royal Scythia, Roxolani)
- Agrianian Axemen (Melee Unit) (Macedon, Epirus)
- Celtic Bowmen (Iceni)
- Thracian Infantry (Odryssia)
- Numidian Legionnaires (Masaesyli)
- Sword Brothers (Suebi)
- Sword Champions (Iceni)
- Scale Thorax Pikemen (Baktria)
- Agema Swords (Macedon)
- Veteran Carthaginian Infantry (Carthage)

Unit and faction balances:
- Massalian Hoplites (Armor increased)
- Agrianian Axemen (converted into low-tier melee units)
- Picked peltasts (Unit weight increased, improved melee stats)
- Picked hoplite (Health and price increased)
- Milita hoplite (Price reduced)
- Cimmerian Heavy Archer (Unit weight increased, defense stats increased)
- Cimmerian Noble Infantry (Armor value increased)
- Round shield swordsmen (Defense stats increased)
- Lusitani swordswomen (Defense stats and health increased)
- Etruscan Hoplite + Mercenary Etruscan Hoplite (Armor increased)
- Merc Baktrian Hillmen (Morale increased)
- Mercenary Short Swords (Price reduced, all combat stats balanced)
- Mercenary Italian Swords (Price reduced)
- Mercenary Italian Spear (All Combat stats improved)
- Light Hoplites (Combat stats and morale improved)
- Thureos Hoplites (Price Reduced)
- Bactrian Hillmen (Morale increased)
- Bactrian Scale Thorax Hoplite (HP increased)
- Bactrian Royal hoplite (Offense improved)
- Chosen Sword Band (Offense improved)
- Short sword (Price reduced, combat stats rebalanced)
- Chosen Spears (HP increased)
- Chosen Swordsmen (HP increased)
- Kartli Axemen (HP, Offensive stats, and Armor increased. Price increase)
- Tribal Warriors (Price increase)
- Sword Followers (Price Increase)
- Parthian swordsmen (HP increase)
- Pontic Swordsmen (HP increase)
- Noble Spears (HP, Offensive stats, and Armor increased. Price increase)
- Pontic Peltasts (Offensive and defensive stats increased)
- Bactrian Peltasts (Offensive and defensive stats increased)
- Nabatean Peltasts (Offensive and defensive stats increased)
- Desert heavy Skimishers (Offensive and defensive stats increased)

- Gallic Hunters (Morale Increased)

New General Units in Multiplayer:
The following factions have new general units available to choose from in multiplayer settings:
- Lusitani
- Macedon
- Parthia

New siege engine access:
The following factions have access to the tortoise siege engine in multiplayer, custom battle, and campaign:
- Baktria
- Massalia
- Pergamon
- Pontus
- Egypt
- Syracuse

Campaign garrison improvements:

All Major cities levels 3 and up will have 1-2 more garrison units defending them. These extra garrison units depend on the faction but generally middle-tier melee units.

Higher-tier barracks/unit recruitment sites will also provide extra garrison units, ranging from 1-2 low to medium cost infantry units.

All small towns will provide one additional mid-tier unit to the fight, as small-town buildings levels 2-4 now have one additional melee unit in their garrison.
