Description
Adds a chance to spawn supermarket carts (from Zupercarts mod) in stores.

Biggest chance in Gigamarts.

I'm open to feedback to balance the spawns.

Requires "Item Stories" and "ZuperCart - Carts & Trolleys" to work.

Would this mod work normally in such a situation: The building is counted as a "residental" one, though there's a shop inside of it (such situation can often be experienced on Daegu map, for example)... Like, the building's tag is "residental", but the carts would be expected to spawn there anyway by the player, because you can see a shop in this building visually.

Would the carts spawn in such buildings?
